About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, Customer Service Supervisor to partner with our customers to ensure they get the right part, to the right place, at the right time. You will be overseeing an existing and successful internal Customer Service team, that supports our customers in identifying the right part, and ensuring effective communication between our delivery team and customers.

  • Build strong customer relationships with exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Provide a high-level service to our customers, efficiently managing the internal Customer Service team, customer parts enquiries, requests, and quotes, through to customer delivery.
  • Driving operational effectiveness across the Customer Service team
  • Being able to share the big picture while still making logical decisions based upon the detail.
  • Identify and interpret parts through the APG enterprise applications.
  • Respond to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records.
  • Maintain departmental KPI’s and focus on continuous improvement.
About you, skills and experience
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who is:
  • Passionate about customers.
  • A service expert with some sales experience and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Able work in a team environment and contribute to the team’s success
  • Highly motivated self-starter and be able to work as part of a team
  • Punctual and reliable with a proactive work ethic
  • A natural problem solver who is solutions focused with sound computer skills
  • Driven by customer satisfaction, which is at the centre of every decision you make.
  • A confident communicator looking for an awesome opportunity in a growing company.
Having previous Parts Interpretation experience is desirable, as is having mechanical aptitude and knowledge – but it is not necessary.
