We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cleaning Customer Service Supervisor to join our team based in Perth, Western Australia.
About the role:
In your role as a Customer Service Supervisor, you will hold a vital position in guaranteeing that our clients experience exceptional service, all while supervising a team of committed cleaning experts.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cleaning industry and possess excellent Customer Service and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of cleaning staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest quality of cleaning services.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to create customised cleaning plans and ensure their satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the cleaning industry.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, customers and teams.
