We are now seeking a Customer Service Supervisorto assist in the day-to-day running of the service department and front of store operations at an award winning, well-established family owned IGA supermarket located in Como WA.
Our ideal applicant will be service focused with strong administrative skills and experience working in a fast-paced customer facing environment. You will have the skills to lead and motivate your team to provide exceptional Customer Service. Your solid computer skills and advanced organisational skills will see you excel in this role.
You will be responsible for:
- ensuring the highest standards of Customer Service are maintained;
- cash management (including counting tils and safe, preparing floats, banking);
- daily sales reporting to management;
- training new team members and upskilling existing team members
As the successful candidate, you will:
- have drive, passion and pride;
- at least 2 years experience in retail;
- be competent with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook);
- provide leadership, guidance and training to Customer Service team members;
- have sound knowledge of store processes and systems;
- be customer focused, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills;
- have effective time management, analytical and problem solving skills;
- be available for Part Time or Full Time work across store trading hours (the store trades 24 hours, seven days a week and you will be required to work five days a week including Saturday)
