Rottnest Fast Ferries is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Hillarys Boat Harbour.

The Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service superstar to join our reservations team! 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will passionately lead our team to provide an exceptional Customer Service experience at our reservations counter at Hillarys Boat Harbour. 

• Serving customers efficiently to understand their requirements and provide product knowledge  
• Processing ticket sales and upselling bike & equipment hire
• Answering emails, phone call enquiries & bookings
• Use computer and booking systems simultaneously
• Process data and complete various administrative tasks
• Ensure passengers receive excellent Customer Service during every interaction
• Full training will be provided as you progress within the role

Skills:

• A genuine passion for tourism and Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• The ability to navigate difficult conversations whilst displaying empathy
• Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate our booking system whilst conversing with customers
• Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
