Chandler Macleod is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor who is responsible for one of our manufactures and steel building Business partner located in Campbellfield.
As a leader in this role, you will lead a team of up to 5 Customer Service Representatives, fostering a high-performing team dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. Your expertise will bridge the gap between customer needs and business response, shaping your role as a valued team member.
What Will You Do?
With a knack for initiative and honed people management, administration, problem-solving, and time management skills, you will:
- drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures
- ensure top-notch daily interaction with branch customers
- develop relationships and work collaboratively with other business functions and branches to support the customer network.
- creating sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive selling
- coordinating orders and review availability of products, whilst supporting external sales teams and branches.
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- effective team building, problem-solving, interpersonal and management skills
- a high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to learning various systems.
- Full-time permanent position Monday-Friday
