Posh Foods with its long history was established in 1981 and is on a mission to supply food that not only taste delicious but also looks good.
We're looking for someone who knows the importance of customer experience, someone who can marry their interpersonal skills, attention to detail and passion for customer care.
This role is a permenant casual role. We require someone the specific days of Monday, Tuesday and Fridays. You are required to be in the office as the role does not provide for WFH. We can also offer this role as equivalent part-time position.
The casual rate of pay for this role is between $33.50 to $38.00 dependent on experience and skill.
About the role:
1. Take customer orders via phone and email
2. Perfect for someone that enjoys routine and stability in day to day tasks.
3. Promote new and existing products to customers over the phone
4. Handle Customer Service enquiries
5. Office administrative support
6. Assist in logistical enquiries
7. Handle large volumes of in-bound and outbound phone calls
8. The role also offers team bonuses and individual bonuses.
Skills and experience
- Need to speak fluent English.
- Need moderate computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Previous food industry experience preferred
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
