Whistler's Chocolate Co is a well established, West Australian family owned business consisting of a chocolate retail showroom, beautiful gift store and café in the beautiful Swan Valley.
The Role
We have an exciting role that has become available in our chocolate shop and gift store. If you love people, Customer Service, working in sales and in a beautiful environment then this is truly the position for you.
We require an experienced Part Time Customer Service Team Leader who can lead a team to provide excellent Customer Service in a beautifully presented environment. If you love Customer Service, being part of a dynamic team, being surrounded by chocolate, beautiful gifts and a great café then this is the role for you.
The Team Leader Role is:
Sunday 8.45 - 5.10
Monday 8.45 - 5.10
Thursday 12 - 5
If you would like to apply for this role there is room to negotiate the hours. Please note that Sunday and Monday are essential to the Team Leader role.
Skills and experience
The ideal applicant will:
- have excellent Customer Service skills
- have Customer Service experience
- be well presented
- love helping people find the perfect chocolate or gift or both!
- assist with merchandising to maintain a beautifully presented environment.
- learn about all the different chocolates and help customers with their purchases
- gain product knowledge on all the beautiful giftware so as to help customers
- work well with a team
- be able to help lead the team and show previous experience leading a team
- assist with admin duties like roster planning and managing diaries
- have previous experience in the operations of a business from stock take, ordering, taking bookings and overseeing rosters
- be able to work during school holidays
- have their own car
- be available for extra hours in the busy periods like Easter, Christmas, Public Holidays and school holidays
- work well under pressure during busy event times like Easter, School holidays etc..
