Supportive and friendly teamWOW Recruitment are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives and Team Leaders to join a global Visual Communications business, based in Malaga, Perth. What you will do:Respond to high-volume inbound calls and resolve customer enquiries. Liaise with warehouse, freight carriers, and express couriers.
Assist with customer queries regarding deliveries and logistics. Act as positive brand ambassador and provide exceptional Customer Service. Professionally resolve customer complaints where necessary
As a Team Lead you will Receive full training
Have a strong Product KnowledgeMotivate your team and help support achieving KPIsProvide feedback to the team and Senior ManagersWhat you will bring:1-2 years’ experience in a phone-based Customer Service role.SAP is preferred but not essential
