You'll need:
- A genuine passion for customer experience
- To be able to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers
- An eagerness to learn about products and services
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best
- The availability to work flexible hours (including late nights, early mornings and weekends)

This will take you just 20 minutes and will need to be completed within 24 hours of submitting your application. Once you've completed it, you'll receive a personality profile which will tell you a little bit more about yourself.
If successful, you will then be invited to complete an online video interview by email. Don't worry, it's only 3 questions and should take you about 15 minutes to complete.
