All Coast Tyres is a one stop shop for all tyre needs from wheelbarrow, mower tyres, passenger, 4WD wheels right through to truck, agricultural and earth moving tyres. All Coast Tyre Solutions is an award-winning local family owned and operated business based in Yandina for over 27 years. In 2019, we were awarded the Queensland & National Dunlop Super Dealer of the year.
We operate at four busy locations – Yandina, Maroochydore, Nambour & Gympie – across the business, with some team members having been with us for over 7 – 15 years. We pride ourselves in having a great culture of well trained, professional and dedicated individuals who work exceptionally well together.
About the Role
This is a full-time permanent position, with a negotiable rate of pay, dependent on your qualifications and motivation to progress within the business. The right person will enjoy our working environment with on-the-job training and career development opportunities as they become available.
Duties would include but are not limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for all customers, walk ins, phone & internet inquiries.
- Sales of tyres, wheels, and accessories.
- Achieving store sales targets.
- Allocation of workshop activity within the team.
- Identifying causes of irregular tyre wear.
- Keeping workspaces clean and tidy.
Skills and experience
- At least of 2 years sales experience in the Tyre/Automotive industry.
- Be able to maintain existing customers and engage with new customers.
- Demonstrate ability to achieve/exceed set targets.
- Multi-brand experience (Automotive)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills along with excellent negotiating ability.
- Be process driven - Follow well established systems and processes.
- Ability to work autonomously and contribute confidently when within a team.
- Advanced PC skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Energy to meet the demands of our environment and time constraints.
- Excellent Customer Service skills – recognise the opportunity to influence customers.
- Display reliability, enthusiasm, and possess good communication skills
- Proof of a stable working history.
- Must be able to work on alternate Saturdays (Rotating Roster).
