Job description

Lead the charge in establishing Bitesoft as one of Australia's most loved consumer brands. As a Sales Executive for Australia, you'll take ownership of your sales pipeline while enhancing the Bitesoft journey for our customers. Based in our Coolum Beach office, you'll collaborate directly with our dedicated sales and administrative team, working alongside our exceptional Sales Advisors to drive business growth and elevate the customer experience. This role offers a base salary with a massive emphasis on commission, ensuring that your outstanding performance is recognised and rewarded through our attractive bonus system, aligning your success with bitesofts achievements.

Your responsibilities: 

Sales: from our marketing team you will receive the profiles of customers who have shared their interest to start their Bitesoft clear aligner journey. Your mission will be to guide them through the process with a personalised approach. 

Customer Experience: As you guide our customers through the process to start their Bitesoft journey your mission will be to offer them the most complete information and support that best suits their needs. You are commended to connect empathetically and make their experience truly differential. 

Operations: You will need to ensure that all key steps in the process to provide a specific and personalised treatment plan are complete at speed. This will mean coordinating with our operations and dental team to ensure the best possible customer experience. 

Teamwork: You will be asked to work with the rest of the team to identify key challenges in (1) the customer engagement process, (2) operations (3) marketing messaging to customers.
