HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a proficient Customer Service Representative for our 3PL Warehouse Client in Lytton
About the Role:
- Position:Customer Service Representative / Warehouse Administrator
- Location: Lytton QLD 4178
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
- Hourly Rate: 34.75
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers.
- Process client orders in collaboration with warehouse and transport teams.
- Coordinate stock counts and customer stocktakes.
- Prepare and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure accurate documentation completion.
- Assisting with comprehensive reporting across the business.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics and Customer Service is highly considered
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with KPI management preferred.
- High accuracy in data entry; effective communication skills are essential.
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of employees and customers.
Process
- Initial client interview followed by Drug & Alcohol and Police checks for successful candidates.
