The Company

The Position
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deal with large and major retailers to ensure orders and enquiries are processed in accordance with company policies
- Answer incoming customer enquiries, providing effective communication regarding updates and ETA's
- Manage the clams and warranty process
- Streamline and maintain processes to efficiently deliver orders arriving via automated workflows
- Analyse customer issues and opportunities and propose solutions when necessary or required
- Liaise with internal stakeholder groups to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns
- Process product warranties and credits through the internal system
- Inventory management, reviewing stock levels availability in SAP
The Candidate
The successful candidate will come from a product-based background within the retail, manufacturing or distribution industry and will display:
- Demonstrated knowledge of the order-to-delivery process
- Proficient in quickly learning systems and processes
- A team player with the ability to multi-task
- System savvy and can navigate a variety of portals
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience using SAP and proficient in Excel
