The Role:
As our Casual Customer Service/Administrative Assistant, you'll be the friendly face and organized brain behind the scenes. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with product inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
- Managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience and efficient business operations.
