About you
We are seeking a team player to join our team at the Bella Vista office for a full-time Customer Services Manager and post-sales client experience role. Ideally, the successful candidate will have Customer Services skills and is confident with technology.
You will be working closely with our Sales Director and Advisers to provide:
• Ensuring exceptional client service for both current and potential clients.
• Managing the collection and reporting of customer information within company systems.
• Improving our post-sales experience and overseeing the setup and installation of sold products.
• Contributing to continuous customer support efforts, including handling phone calls, emails, and generating reports.
• Collaborating with management to boost customer satisfaction levels, increase referrals, and gather testimonials.
• Providing regular reports to key stakeholders across various teams within the company.
- Facilitating effective communication and coordination among team members, customers, and management.
- Oversee a small team of customer service personnel and administer comprehensive training programs.

· Self-Starter – able to work proactively but within defined processes
· Meet Deadlines – understand the importance of and meet deadlines with a priority on workflow and meeting KPIs

· Communication skills – High level of verbal and written communication skills
· Technical skills – Intermediate-to-advanced level computer literacy with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
