- Work in collaboration with the Account Teams, Channel Strategy Manager, Insights Team, Marketing Brand Managers, Agencies and Customers to understand and represent customer and market requirements.
- Achieve internal alignment via early stakeholder engagement, brief agencies appropriately and manage all aspects of each solution.
- Build and deliver commercial activation Go To Market plans achieving required lead times, communicating clearly the project expectations that deliver incremental value and help to achieve success in store.
- Development of an 18-month rolling plan with strategic activity based on strong customer, competitor and market understanding. This includes validation of brand and channel opportunities.
- Work cross functionally and provide support to sales and marketing teams, whilst managing workload via creative agencies.
- Proven experience in a high volume and fast paced consumer goods company, or marketing communications agency.
- Very strong commercial understanding and experience including insight into competitor and retailer strategies and activity.
- Expertise in designing and implementing go to market strategies to convert brand plans into sales-driving initiatives.
- Sales and customer facing experience is highly valued.
- Experience with eCommerce and Digital marketing preferred.
