Solution Hub Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Solutions Hub Specialist with one of Australia's biggest telecommunications companies.
As a Solutions Hub Specialist, you will ensure that we are providing timely and effective technical solutions to enterprise business customers. Day to Day, the customer solutions specialist will be interacting with clients and stakeholders to provide technically feasible, commercially viable and deliverable solutions. The Solution Hub Specialist will also provide guidance on the effective use of technology and solutions to achieve business outcomes in alignment with customer requirements.
Key Role Details
- March start
- Full Time Permanent Position with standard Annual Leave and Sick Leave
- $31.80 per hour + Super
- Monday to Friday Roster (7am-7pm availability required)
- 2 weeks extensive training
- Brand new office on the banks of Ross Creek very close to public transport
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs & support through utilising internal systems and tools.
- Take accountability for managing customer relationships, responding to queries and complaints, escalating issues, and risks.
- Collaborate with peers, team members and key stakeholders across the Telco.
