The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers face to face. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.We are currently looking for Kiosk Advisors to join our team who will be representing an exciting new client, a State Based Government Contract based in Brisbane providing support to everyday Australians.
Located at 2 existing Gold Coast locations, you will be the friendly face customers see when they are needing general assistance. As a representative for our esteemed government client, we are wanting to ensure all customers are provided with a positive, professional and personalised customer experience.
Key Role Details
Start date of 13th of May
Hourly rate of $24.87 + Super
Full time and stable role
2 weeks full time training
Maximum span of hours 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday
Role Duties:
Handling all customer enquiries in an appropriate manner
Working as first point of contact for Customers
Assisting customers with online services
Taking payments from customers
Skills & Abilities:
Proactive problem solving skills
Experience in face to face customer service
Ability to respond appropriately to customer aggression and/or inappropriate behaviour
Confident and capable in using computers and systems
Attention to detail and administration skills
Excellent personal presentation
Ability to thrive in a busy environment
Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a face to face setting.
