What does the role look like?
Each customer success consultant has their role broken into 5 parts with a large focus on training during new client set-ups.
Training: New client training will be a heavy focus of this role and will help to establish a relationship for continuous customer support.
New client set-up: Working with new clients to set up Genesys Cloud within their business to give them the best possible chance of success. This will include a range of tasks from training to software setup.
Client Support: You will be booking in clients for support and regular catch ups to continually help to enhance the customers success on the software.
Troubleshooting: Helping clients with technical issues, this will involve working with third-parties.
Admin: All general admin duties, such as software management.

- Experience in customer service or customer success is welcomed, however we understand every career needs it start and therefore welcome recent graduates or passionate individuals with a keen interest in this industry

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,224.48 – $650,000.00 per year
