ClubWise supports over 500 gyms across Australia with our cloud-based gym management software. We are currently looking for a Customer Success Consultant to join the team. This is a work from home role so you can be anywhere in Australia. If you have the technical ability to master a feature-rich software product, possess the skills required to provide exemplary customer service, and can manage demanding customer expectations, then we want you!
Who are we?
ClubWise is a market leader in club management software. Our complete club operating system manages the full member lifecycle including prospect marketing, point of sale, member management, mobile apps, and integrations to payment, security and other systems. We partner with over 1,000 clubs globally helping them grow membership, retain existing members, and achieve efficiency in their operations.
About the role:

  • You will provide remote and in house training on best practice processes and new ClubWise features.
  • You will aid in developing new features by working with customers and our product team to understand requirements.
  • You will provide phone and email support to ensure best practice processes are understood and followed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • You will conduct regular database health checks to identify learning gaps.
  • You will assist in the configuration of new clubs, ensuring the setup is in accordance with your customer's specifications.
  • You will keep track of the progress of all new club setups and report to relevant stakeholders.
  • You will perform account management duties, when required, to ensure a good customer experience and maximise the customer's utilisation of ClubWise.
  • Salary Range $55,000 to $60,000
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous operational experience using gym management software in a health club environment.
  • Previous customer service role experience, thriving on delivering excellent customer support and training.
  • Previous operational experience working with ClubWise (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent, articulate telephone manner.
  • To be a fast learner who is or can quickly become a ClubWise expert.
  • To accurately diagnose and provide quality analysis of an issue and see it out to final resolution meeting to our SLA.
  • The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining professional.
  • The ability to work in a shift rotation - 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm, Mon to Fri.
  • To be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen.
