In your role as an Customer Success Consultant, you’ll manage customer adoption and retention, and build long-term, meaningful customer relationships, by delivering customer experiences. Ones that make customers around the world feel good about using our business planning and analytics software.And is there anything better than knowing your work has brought joy to a customer’s life? Other than discovering a hidden stash of chocolate chip cookies when you thought there were none left in the house!What you’ll need to delight our customers:
- experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally within a SaaS environment
- ability to understand your customers' industries, opportunities and challenges
- interest in customer relationships focusing on retention not new business/sales
- you enjoy building rapport with your stakeholders, whilst staying up to date with product enhancements and features
- financial knowledge, and the ability to read P&L would be super beneficial
- develop trust with your customers
- proactively monitor your customers' usage of Phocas and work with the sponsors of Phocas for sustainable growth
- run frequent account reviews with customers and deliver customer training
- record all customer activities and details to improve customer data quality in HubSpot
- proactively create opportunities, and gather customer requirements to collaborate with your colleagues
