Work on daily customer driven operations, customer general enquiries and issues raised about our IoT hardware products and API services via tickets and phone calls, in line with service level agreementsLiaise with clients by phone, video conferences and face to face in a professional friendly and courteous manner to provide excellent customer service and create valuable, connected client relationships. Take ownership and deliver timely and accurate information to customers, proactively tailor solutions based on the customer’s needs. Contribute to the overall performance and growth of the team, work as a passionate connected team member with the other Customer Success Team
Members and with the other professional teams in the companyProvide on-going feedback on process improvement. Support operational functions of the business.
Candidate Criteria:
Understanding of fundamental Electrical concepts is highly desirable
Knowledge of solar PV, EV and battery systems is highly desirable
Knowledge of fundamental networking & digital technologies is required
Coding experience (Python) and understanding of API/microservices is a plus
Experience with IoT devices is highly desirable
Understanding of the energy market players and adjunct market services is highly desirable
Strong verbal and written skills
Inbound/outbound telephone and in-writing customer service experience is required.Strong attention to detail is a must.Great team player with a positive can-do attitude.Excellent time management. Ability to multitask and manage your time.Experience with data entry and online customer service management.Fast learner
The work week is 38 hours.Must be eligible to work in Australia
Salary 70/75k + super.
