Your Role:Key Responsibilities:
Empowerment Advocate: You will leverage your expertise to analyze complex technical architectures and identify process and development improvements. By applying customer service concepts during troubleshooting, you will enhance the user experience for our clients, employees, and business partners, driving their success and satisfaction.
Relationship Builder: Through your exceptional interpersonal communication skills, you will forge strong relationships with our clients. As a trusted partner on their coaching journey, you will listen attentively to their unique needs and deliver personalized guidance, ensuring their unwavering belief in their ability to achieve greatness.
Technical Guru: Your deep knowledge of streaming media, ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and infrastructure components will be invaluable in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will proactively monitor metrics, create custom dashboards, and ensure seamless communication with customers, accurately determining incident severity and scoping infrastructure impact.
Success Enabler: Collaborating closely with our coaching team, you will identify opportunities for clients to expand their engagement, maximize the value of our coaching programs, and achieve extraordinary results. By conducting daily meetings and retrospectives, you will provide status reports, drive process improvements, and celebrate successes.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of 8+ years in Streaming Media, including source acquisition, media transcoding, packaging, publishing, and content delivery to CDN's.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, efficient time management, and project delivery.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, exhibiting professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in ticketing systems such as Zendesk and monitoring tools like DataDog, Ineoquest, Kibana, and Loggly.
Familiarity with infrastructure components, load balancers, virtual machines, and routing traffic across various systems.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
