- Technological Proficiency: Proficiency with Gainsight and digital communication channels is necessary for executing tech touch engagement strategies and maximizing efficiency in a large customer portfolio.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics are critical for monitoring customer health, identifying trends, and prioritizing outreach efforts effectively.
- Customer-Centric Focus: A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential for success in driving Customer Success and satisfaction at scale.
- Collaborative Team Player: The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and support, is necessary for aligning efforts and driving coordinated action to achieve Customer Success goals.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment: We’re a start-up at heart and always open to experimentation and iteration.
You may be a good fit if…
- You have 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or account management role, with a focus on managing a large book of customers through tech touch engagement strategies.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and excel at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- You possess strong technical aptitude and are comfortable leveraging technology and automation tools to drive efficiency and scalability in Customer Success operations.
- You demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets for customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- You have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Your a problem-solver with excellent analytical skills (pay attention to detail and spot trends)
- You thrive on coaching and love to learn and grow both professionally and personally
