This leading Australian software vendor specialises in providing AI insights for call centres and has a client base of leading banks, insurers and financial/professional services businesses.
As the business expands its Customer Success function, this new role will provide exceptional customer experience and build effective customer relationships with a portfolio of key accounts. As the first point of contact, the role will manage customer requirements throughout the customer lifecycle, including managing customer inquiries, technical issues, concerns through to resolution and training and development.
Demonstrating the business values and behaviours, the role will report to s Senior Customer Success Manager, work closely with internal teams, and strive for best practice customer experience. You will respond to clients promptly, deliver quality presentations, build trusted relationships, retain clients and identify potential opportunities for expansion.
The position is available for an ASAP start.
The successful candidate will know what best practice Customer Success looks like. This experience may have been gained in a high touch client service environment such as management consultancy, IT/SaaS vendors and/or financial services. You will have a professional, empathetic manner with a flexible, resilient and calm approach; an ability to listen, solve problems and make decisions; and above all, a genuine interest in developing trusted, quality commercial relationships, the cornerstone to this business' success.
