Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Outbound Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding Customer Support, addressing inquiries, and actively engaging in Outbound Sales efforts to promote Showpony Hair Extensions.
Responsibilities
1. Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about Showpony Hair Extensions products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
2. Outbound Sales:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote Showpony Hair Extensions and generate sales leads.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate the unique selling points of our extensions.
- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
3. Order Processing:
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling order-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and Customer Support metrics to the Global Head of Customer Support.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Collaborate with the global Customer Support team to share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in Customer Support and Outbound Sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with haircare or beauty products is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other Customer Support tools.
- Demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Experience with Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, Outlook and 3PL Warehouse systems would be an advantage
