Specializing in helicopter and parts sales, completion, modification, refurbishment, and heavy maintenance, Pacific Crown Helicopters is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to join its dynamic Customer Support and Sales team.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Support and Sales Representative to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding our business reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and submit comprehensive proposals and quotes to customers, outlining the range of parts and services available.
- Provide proactive Pre and Post-Sale Support to our valued customer base, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
- Identify and engage with potential prospects to expand our customer network, fostering new business relationships.
- Actively promote our repair center and showcase our capabilities to prospective clients.
- Source and facilitate the sale of helicopter parts for customer projects, demonstrating a thorough understanding of product specifications.
- Efficiently manage components repair processes and actively promote our parts pool.
- Develop and streamline sales processes to deliver a superior level of customer service, ensuring a seamless prospecting process.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships between the company and the OEM it represents.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English language is essential.
- Previous experience in the helicopter industry is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Support roles is preferred.
