We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and professional Customer Support Consultant to join our team at SimpleClinic.net – cloud based practice management software for Naturopaths, Nutritionists and Herbalists. This position is to provide support and onboarding to our practitioner community using our software in Australia and New Zealand.

24 - 30 hours per week with the view of more hours for the right candidate.
Hybrid/Remote position.
The company is based in Brisbane, QLD.
Reporting to the Support Desk Manager, your position will be varied, interesting and will keep you busy.
Whilst you will receive on the job training, it is essential that the successful team member will have a:
- Professional and confident manner in person and on the phone, are critical as you will have constant direct contact with clients
- Experience in a previous customer service role is required
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude and outlook in the workplace
- Confidential and loyal in all matters regarding the Employer and intellectual property
- Efficient, friendly and customer focused
- Ability to follow procedures and scripting
- Good time management
- An ability to think critically
- An ability to work with practitioners to troubleshoot and investigate in order to resolve their queries via email, zoom and phone.
An ability to work autonomously with experience using:
- Microsoft programs
- Zoom Video Conferencing
- Windows OS
- Mac OS
- Support desk software is desirable

- Solutions orientated and a problem solver
- Able to give a high level of attention to detail and presentation in any task carried out
- Working hours between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
- Have a desire for a long term role
- Experience in a previous support desk/call centre role is desirable
