The Challenge

Are you an ambitious, energetic technical wizz looking for an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Security & Cloud focused Managed Service Provider (MSP) ?

The role offers fantastic growth opportunities – work hard, learn as you go and work your way up the support ladder with a great team support structure of like minded individuals.  You’ll be engaging with a range of clients, so the ideal candidate needs to be well spoken and an excellent communicator.

What does it entail?

• Work as part of a high functioning team of like minded technology enthusiasts.
• Provide desk-side and remote support services to business customers.
• Log all customer issues, queries, and requests into the ticket management system.
• Provide Server, Network, and Desktop Technical Support, diagnosing customer issues, and providing a high level of the first-time fix.
• End to end ownership of problem resolution.
• Managing client expectations through clear communications.
• Take responsibility for your own continual professional development, ensuring up to date industry and technical knowledge.
• Support Windows platforms .
• Office 365 and Azure.
• IT Security.
• Networking and connectivity.
• You will have a 'Hands on' problem solving approach.
• Contribute fully as an active team member, to ensure personal and team objectives are achieved or surpassed.
• Delivers great service and making customers happy.

If you can tick the boxes below then we want to talk to you:

• Australian IT education TAFE / UNIVERSITY
• Ability to troubleshoot IT problems 
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen to and interpret customers' needs
• Honest, responsible, diligent, organised and knowledgeable

Youve got experience which is essential in:

• Microsoft Office 365 (You know it inside and out)
• Microsoft Sharepoint
• Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Intune
• Firewalls, Route & VPN technologies
