Job Description:
1. Provide prompt and effective Customer Support to customers through phone, email, and on-site visits.
2. Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them independently.
3. Manag third-party service partner to provide timely and professional support to customers.
4. Prioritize customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional support throughout interactions.
5. Provide feedback on product quality issues to the quality control and production teams.;
6. Identify opportunities to optimize the efficiency of the support process and suggest improvements.
7. Conduct training sessions for service partners to enhance their understanding of products and services.
8. Oversee installation projects and effectively collaborate with service partners to ensure successful implementation.
9. Conduct routine on-site inspections for delivered projects and generate relevant reports.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field;
2. Proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, etc.
3. Demonstrated experience in a post-sales related role, preferably in the electronics or technology industry;
4. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience;
5. Strong hands-on skills, capable of providing on-site installation guidance to the installation team;
6. Strong communication and coordination skills, capable of participating in multi-lingual meetings;
7. Possess project management skills to drive initiatives to successful outcomes;
8. Willing to learn and adapt;
9. Valid driving license is required.
