 Role requirements and responsibilities:

  • Based @ our 122 bed Wantirna Views Care Community, located in a quiet street adjacent to the Salford Park retirement village with breathtaking views of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges
  • Experience in Sales/Administration roles desired
  • Experience in Hotel / Duty or Property Management is welcome
  • Management of customer enquiries, conduction of site tours
  • Management of sales pipeline to improve conversion rates
  • Implementing sales programs to improve uptake of additional services
  • Monitoring service standards and customer feedback
  • Reception and other administration duties where required
