Purpose of the position:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email and chat
- Assist Customers in resolving software related issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the broader team to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain accurate records of Customer interactions and issue resolution
- Stay informed about Product updates and enhancements to effectively communicate with customers
Work experience and skills
- Great communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong problem solving abilities and customers focused mindset
- Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting
- Knowledge or experience of the Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living Industry (desirable not essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask & prioritise workload
