Customer Support

Purpose of the position:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email and chat
• Assist Customers in resolving software related issues and inquiries.
• Collaborate with the broader team to resolve complex problems.
• Maintain accurate records of Customer interactions and issue resolution
• Stay informed about Product updates and enhancements to effectively communicate with customers

Work experience and skills

• Great communication skills (verbal & written) 
• Strong problem solving abilities and customers focused mindset
• Basic understanding of software applications and troubleshooting
• Knowledge or experience of the Residential Aged Care and Retirement Living Industry (desirable not essential) 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
• Willingness to learn 
• Ability to multitask & prioritise workload
