The purpose of this role is to ensure all conciliation/legal outcomes are paid within the legislative timeframes, to avoid penalty. The role requires regular follow up of information with multiple stakeholders to allow payments to be processed.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Melbourne office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process WIC/WCIRS/Legal outcome payments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide advice with regards to payment queries and processes.
- Investigate over and under payments.
- Collate, run, update and analyse payment reports on a regular basis.
- General administration as required (i.e. bank account set up, claims systems work queues, letter creation and sending)
ABOUT YOU
