AddressAs a Customer Support Officer at TGE, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- The working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am- 5:00pm (Full Time).

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and responding to emails and phone calls promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service and taking ownership of each interaction.
- Data entry of consignment information with precision and accuracy.
- Customer pick-up bookings
- Consignment Entry
- Performing general administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
- Providing ad hoc operational administrative support as required.
About You:
Skills & Experience:
- Intermediate or Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to obtain a police clearance if not already obtained.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience in a blue-collar industry is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and related skills.
