Seeking an additional 4 Customer Support Officers to work within Employment Services.
The purpose of this role is to complete customer service and associated administration to support job seekers along their journey to find meaningful employment. You don't need industry experience, but you do need strong admin skills, great customer service and to be reliable.
Our Client, an Australian based not-for-profit company specialise in providing employment services and community services in Osborne Park.
- Customer Support Officer (Employment Services) Kilkenny and Elizabeth
- Location: Kilkenny and Elizabeth
- Salary: $60-70k + super
- Start date: Immediate start
These are full time roles (8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday with one hour lunch) They are looking to get positions started ASAP.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Booking appointments with customers
- Formatting resumes
- Assisting job seekers with applications and return to work plans
- Engaging with customers on a day-to-day basis
- General office administration duties
About You
- Minimum 12 months experience working in an Administrative/ Customer Service office-based role
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proactive and organised with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to utilise initiative and problem solve
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a valid police clearance or be willing to apply for one
- Good experience with objection handling/ complaints management
Essential:
- Be able to pass a police clearance
- Must have the ability to hold a MyGovID account (Australian recognised identity document + Medicare)
- It is a requirement of our customer that to be successful for this role, you must be fully vaccinated for COVID. You will be required to provide proof of vaccination dates to progress with your application.
