Customer Support Officer

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
