ACH Group has a full-time position available for a Customer Care Support Officer, based in Gilles Plains. The role aims to provide support that enriches the quality of life for our customers.
In this position, you will provide assistance to our Community Care Managers, supporting them in providing the necessary assistance for customers to maintain their health and independence while residing in their homes.
What you'll do:
- Triage customer queries and escalations
- Maintain contracts and billing
- Complete documentation
- Undertake procurement activities
- Act as a regular and consistent contact point for customers
- Contribute to quality and continuous improvement initiatives
- Liaise with varied internal and external stakeholders
You want to make the most of your expertise by contributing to a team where your work will make a difference to an older person living in the community.
- Demonstrated experience in an administration or support role
- Strong documentation skills with intermediate/advanced computer literacy (such as the MS Office Suite and ability to use a range of databases).
- Experience that demonstrates strong collaboration with team members
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- A Certificate IV in Community Services / Aged Care / Service Coordination or relevant Health Professional Qualification or equivalent experience is highly desirable
- Hold a current drivers licence that complies with Australian licencing laws and regulations
- To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
