As a Customer Service Officer, you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.This is a full-time position and will require you to work rotating shifts within a monthly roster to accommodate the Centre's operational hours which are between 7am and 6pm .ResponsibilitiesRespond to queries and order requests via phone calls and emails within a timely managerManage customer orders and entry deadlines are metRecommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiryHandle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.Be involved in ongoing training and on-the-job learning Skills & Experience You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations.
