The Opportunity:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spare Parts Interpreter/ Customer Support Representative to join our Customer Support Centre at our Head office in Fairfield . This role highly supports internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries. Other duties include:

• Maintaining a high level of accuracy in part interpretation & order processing.
• Demonstrating an effective use in parts order & supply chain activities
• Establish and maintain effective channels of communication with all stakeholders.
• Cross-training in tasks outside regular duties to cover duties when other team members or branch staff are absent, on leave etc.
• Ensure KPIs are met.
• Provide regular feedback to customers on parts orders, backorders & delivery dates

This role can be part-time (minimum three days per week) or full-time.

After training, this role can be remote/ WFH, or you may want a hybrid position. The choice is up to you!

What we are looking for:

• Parts interpreting experience in a high-volume (Essential)
• Able to work flexible roster pattern starting & finishing between 7:30 - 19:30 & a rolling Saturday & public holiday (Essential)
• Well-developed numeracy, written and oral communication skills (Essential)
• Strong problem-solving skills & with an attention to detail (Essential)
• Ability to prioritise competing work tasks (Essential)
• Intermediate computer skills, specifically Microsoft Suite (Essential)
• Sound working knowledge of earth-moving equipment and strong mechanical aptitude (Desirable)
• An understanding of parts sales, logistics & supply chain (Desirable)
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse systems (Desirable)
