Customer Service Representative

With a diverse team spanning across numerous countries, they are committed to creating impactful moments of care in various environments.Your new role:We are currently seeking a temporary Customer Service Representative for 6 months to join the team in Macquarie Park. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Manager for SRC ANZ, you will play a pivotal role in tending to patient's and partner's needs with proficient, helpful, and consistently high-quality service. Your objective will be to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by facilitating positive interactions between the Sleep and Respiratory Care division and the patients and partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage inbound phone calls and tickets on various inquiries to achieve agreed SLAs.Process Customer Orders in collaboration with the Supply Chain Team, Warehouse, and engineering team.Troubleshoot patient queries and redirect to local Health care Providers if required.Communicate clear and easily understandable information to patients or partners.Investigate complex ordering and mis-delivery issues before taking corrective action.Escalate complex product and clinical queries to relevant Product Managers.Utilise provided resources to accurately answer patient and partner inquiries.Create work instructions with the Supply Chain Manager SSRC ANZ.Requirements:1-2 years experience in Customer Service Support.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Solid organisational and time management skills for quality Customer Service and business efficiency.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, highly organised, and meticulous.Problem-solving mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook tools, with Excel skills highly regarded.Why apply?Join our client in making a meaningful impact in the health care industry.
