We're looking for a Detail Oriented & Tech Savvy Customer Service Rep to join our expanding team.
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Rep your primary responsibility is to keep our customers happy, responding to enquiries regarding how to use our applications or assisting with any issues experienced by them. You’ll also be key in our site setup process, understanding customer requirements and setting up clients on the iClean system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with using our applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Use our software solution iClean to set up sites & schedules.
- Deliver short online training sessions to users on the use of the iClean System.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to learn new skills and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
Working Hours:
- Part-time position with flexible working hours (25 hours per week), ideal for individuals seeking a schedule that fits within school hours.
- Approximately 5 hours of work per day.
- Combination of office-based work in our modern Seven Hills office and work from home flexibility.
