Full time permanent position
Superannuation experience is essential.
Hybrid model - initially in office until training completed then 2 days WFH
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries with empathy.
- Assisting with account transactions.
- Providing factual information on superannuation products.
- Escalating issues as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records.
