About the Role
- Rotating roster - Monday to Sunday, 7am to11pm
- Fully remote or Hybrid - Work from home or from our office at the Docklands
- Casual - Part Time / Full Time
The role plays a crucial part in the success of InstantScripts, as our patients are always placed at the centre of everything we do.
Your responsibilities will include responding to queries, from our patients and partners, relating to telehealth consultations, electronic pathology results, medical certificates, prescription medication and more.
About you
- 2+ years' experience in a contact centre or customer facing roles
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organised, self-aware, motivated, empathetic, adaptable and proactive
- Good level of computer literacy
- Team player
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Experience in health services is preferred
