Job Description:- The Commissioning, Validation and Start-Up Planner is required to be a self-motivated individual who can both work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team. They must possess a strong aptitude for computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to be successful in this role.
- The broad spectrum of the role covers all aspects of manufacturing equipment, processes, and systems.
- Provide Planning/Scheduling of CVS works in the Pouch project and establishing preventative maintenance plans for all new equipment. Leading a preventative maintenance culture that maintains equipment reliability, delivers productivity, whilst upholding factory safety, quality, and sustainability.
- Establish dry and wet commssioning plans and documentation with guidance from functional area experts within the CVS team
- Cross functional Relationships, working with production scheduler, facility leads and Team Leaders to optimize planned outages for CVS & Maintenance works.
