A leading provider of sustainable energy solutions, specializing in Wind Farms and energy storage systems is seeking for experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our team in Victoria or South Australia.

The role:
The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for delivering best practice maintenance planning for work orders, supporting strategic goals, and operational requirements for wind assets within the renewable’s portfolio. This role involves developing a weekly schedule in line with the work management process, engaging all stakeholders, and aligning resource requirements with unit outages to achieve plant availability targets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan multi-disciplinary work orders for wind assets and identifying outage requirements.
- Develop complete and sustainable work packages, including work procedures, spare parts availability, and isolation requirements.
- Review planning processes and procedures to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions to ensure continuous improvement and reduce waste.
- Demonstrate safety awareness and support safety targets.
- Assist in negotiating and planning work with external providers to ensure services meet according to policy framework, quality standards, budget, and timeframes.
- Engineering or trade equivalent background is preferred.
- Proven power industry experience or equivalent in heavy industrial settings.
- Advanced practical knowledge of SAP, Prometheus or similar.
- Demonstrated knowledge and delivery of planning/scheduling requirements.
- Proven ability to inspire high levels of collaboration across teams.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage competing priorities efficiently.
