As the Customer Experience Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating innovative digital and in-person fundraising experiences to engage stakeholders throughout the alumni journey.
- Create communication plans and promotional materials to target audiences.
- Oversee logistics, vendor communication, and project and event administration.
- Prepare comprehensive project briefings for Senior Management.
- Assemble strategic guest lists and registrations.
To be successful as the Customer Experience Engagement Officer, you will need:
- 5 years' experience in delivering experiential events.
- Ability to plan, execute, and coordinate experiential projects.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in setting and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
