This is a rare opportunity for an Events and Projects professional with a passion for stakeholder engagement to assist in achieving strategic objectives associated with alumni and donor engagement and delivering key Advancement projects.

The Opportunity:
As the Customer Experience Engagement Officer, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating innovative digital and in-person fundraising experiences to engage stakeholders throughout the alumni journey.
• Create communication plans and promotional materials to target audiences.
• Oversee logistics, vendor communication, and project and event administration.
• Prepare comprehensive project briefings for Senior Management.
• Assemble strategic guest lists and registrations.

About You:
To be successful as the Customer Experience Engagement Officer, you will need:

• 5 years' experience in delivering experiential events.
• Ability to plan, execute, and coordinate experiential projects.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in setting and managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
