Job Description:
Reporting to the Cyber Security Technical Lead, you will contribute to the development and implementation of Cyber Security policy and procedures to govern and ensure resiliency of the Adecco DFR systems, combined with applying your Cyber Security expertise to advice and guidance for consumption by broader IT functions within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of Cyber Security policy, procedures and guidelines.
Provide quality review of IT system documentation including System Security Plans, Security Risk Management Plans and other supporting IT system documentation.
Evaluate and validate security controls to ensure alignment with industry standards, regulatory requirements and organisational polices.
Perform risk assessments of IT systems, networks and applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop mitigation strategies
Collaborate with and provide Cyber Security guidance to internal and external stakeholders, contracted entities, service providers and other relevant interest groups.
Conduct security awareness training sessions and contribute to promoting a culture of security awareness
Participate in incident response activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of incident response plans
Candidate Profile
As a Cyber Security Analyst, you will have 3+ years of experience in a Cyber Security role within a business environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field and industry certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are preferable.
Your background will demonstrate:
Strong Cyber Security experience, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering effective IT security solutions.
Experience working with Government or Defence is desirable
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows (including Server), Microsoft 365 product suite, Firewalls, and Networking.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving ICT and Cyber Security issues.
Deep understanding of security principles, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new ICT systems and technologies.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently or as a collaborative team member.
