Cyber Security Change Manager to be part of our Cyber Remediation Program at St Vincent’s Health Australia. Reporting to the
Cyber Security Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Project Change and Communication Strategies to ensure the successful adoption of
Cyber Security initiatives within the organisation.The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Cyber Security Projects, in particular Execution Control (Whitelisting), and exposure to the Hospital/Healthcare Industry. You will be a committed, resourceful, and flexible team player who is willing to make an extra effort to ensure the security and safety of those we serve under St Vincent’s Health Australia.This 12-month Fixed Term Full Time contract is available for immediate start, and will be a hybrid working model based in our Group Office Melbourne, VIC.
Key responsibilities of the role:- Create and maintain a Program Change and Communication strategy to ensure effective delivery of projects within scope
- Identify potential challenges and resistance to change and proactively address these issues through effective communication and training programs
- Collaborate with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including executive leadership, employees at all levels, alternate project teams and IT professionals
- Establish metrics, assess, and improve change management strategies to measure the adoption and utilisation of the system and maximise stakeholder engagement
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective change strategies are implemented to reduce risk, maintain compliance, and explore continuous improvement opportunities
Things that work for us:
- Qualification in a relevant discipline – Change Management, Healthcare, Project Management
- Demonstrated experience in the Prosci ADKAR model, and change management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proven success managing change in complex Cyber Security projects
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to easily manage diverse and competing priorities
- Resilience, communication, and problem-solving skills to address issues and challenges that may arise during the life of the projects
- A committed, highly qualified yet personable professional with strong stakeholder management skills
- Desirable: Cyber Security domain /project experience – Execution Control (Whitelisting), Asset Discovery, Backup and Infrastructure hardening, Security and Vulnerability management
- Mandatory: Current 2023 Flu Vaccine or willingness to receive the 2024 Flu Vaccine and a minimum of two (2) COVID-19 Vaccinations
