Full time, Fixed Term About The RoleThe Cyber Security GRC Lead is a pivotal role in uplifting the Cyber Security capability of Wodonga TAFE and GOTAFE. The role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage the Cyber Security governance, risk management, and compliance programs, including developing, implementing and maintaining cyber policies, standards and strategy.Duties:Drive collaboration between GOTAFE and Wodonga TAFE in the area of Cyber Security, leveraging the capability across both TAFEs to uplift overall cyber maturity.Undertake information security compliance activities to meet VPDSS requirements and other information security standards and frameworks relevant to GOTAFE and Wodonga TAFE.Working within the TAFE risk management framework, uplift capability and oversee cyber risk practices relating to new initiatives, including third-party provider and product assessments and baseline reviews.Coordinate the ongoing development of Cyber Security awareness, training programs and resources. About YouSkills & Experience:Essential Qualification in a related field (Cyber Security, Information Technology) and relevant work experience in a similar role; or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and relevant experience. Substantial experience with Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance management and cloud-based infrastructure technologies including Azure. An understanding of a range of security standards, guidelines and frameworks such as Essential 8, ISO27001-2, NIST, VPDSS, RFFR, PSPF and MITRE ATT&CK. Experience in conducting Cyber Security risk assessments, including third party, and implementing mitigation plans.
