Job description:
Excellent opportunity for a hands on Development Security Operations Lead (DevSecOps Lead) to be accountable for assigned digital platforms solution / technology's delivery, operations, and security within the business by supporting internal digital teams and collaborating with third-party teams.
The incumbent will be accountable to the DevSecOps Manager and can work flexibly from our Southbank office and home - hybrid work model.
Key Responsibilities:
Dev/Sec/Ops:
- Translate business requirements into digital capabilities with a focus on current digital trends and best practices in user engagement and backend implementation.
- Contribute in defining, delivering and maintaining a sustainable solution across ENGIE Retail's sales, marketing and operations teams.
- Facilitating, enabling, prioritising and applying product road maps for new and current features.
- Act as the subject matter expert and own the technical relationships for all third-party applications delivered on Digital Platforms and technology's.
- As a senior member of the team there is a requirement to mentor the capability leads, business analysts, application support team / analyst in the team to deliver high quality outcomes for the business.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing and customer experience team to define and create engaging and delightful user experiences.
- Contribute to ongoing product iteration, including management of incidents, small changes, bug fixes and optimisations, together with larger roadmap initiatives
Solution Delivery:
- Work with vendor delivery teams to prioritise, estimate and manage functionality within the product backlog.
- Building effective and constructive relationships with vendor delivery teams.
- Review formal user stories and acceptance criteria based on functional and non-functional requirements, and coordinate with development and test teams to ensure all relevant scenarios and business rules are captured.
- Ensure automation is leveraged/implemented where practical to reduce the time and minimise defects during delivery.
Profile description:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the delivery, security and operations of the Digital Stream and be able to translate business needs into working technology solutions, facilitating the process to deliver business outcomes through strong vendor relationship and stakeholder management. You will have experienced in the implementation of business process change and project methodology.
You are collaborative in your approach with an ability to use compelling arguments to gain the support and commitment of others and can balance multiple stakeholders. You have excellent problem solving, negotiation and facilitation skills.
Salesforce Certification, Project Management and/or Digital delivery and other IT Certifications will be well regarded.
